Breaking The Unemployment Trap For Students

Closing The Gab Between Companies And The Unemployed

There is still large percentage of young graduates, school leavers, tertiary drop-outs looking for jobs and have done so for a number of years.

Take note of the following if you fall under any of the above.

Employers are often unwilling to hire matriculants straight out of school or recent graduates because they often lack the necessary social and basic workplace skills that are a prerequisite for workplace success. But not all have fallen short-sighted of good opportunities the company could create by taking in recent school-leavers and graduates. Some companies find opportunities in developing existing staff by compelling them to mentor a school-leaver or a graduate. And grooming someone from a junior to a senior position could prove to be cost effective for the company than hiring someone with years of experience.

Prepare And Position Yourself At An Advantage For Opportunities.

There is a growing pool of matriculants, first time job seekers and graduates seeking work and more and more companies are adopting into hiring such candidates now. As promising as this may sound there is still large percentage of young graduates, school leavers, tertiary drop-outs looking for jobs and have done so for a number of years.

The truth is it's going to take some time to address the unemployment issue in our country even for the ones in possession of higher education. However one still needs to prepare and position himself well so you can be at an advantage of employment opportunities. Both private and public sector use certain media to communicate such opportunities to the very people who are in need of it and Internet is one of them.

So How Do We Help?

We are not a recruitment agency and DO NOT DEAL WITH CV's. What we do is help students who are focused and dedicated in cultivating their future in an honest way.

We look for organisations and companies which provide opportunities that will benefit students

  • who've just passed matric,
  • studying at tertiary institution,
  • dropped out at tertiary institution or
  • just completed their studies and looking for a training or a job.

Let Us Help Decrease Your Stress

We're all rather busy these days especially if you are still a student . It's very easy to miss out on opportunities that could have made your life much easier due to other stresses you may be occupied with. If you're already stressing over your studies, social life, tuition fees, job hunting etc then let us help you out a little by putting you in a good position to receive such opportunities.

We will expose you to companies who are prepared to:

  • Offer training, apprenticeship and internship programs to graduates/qualified students.
  • Offer job opportunities to candidates with just matric.
  • Offer bursaries, sponsorships or any financial aid to students.
  • Offer permanent jobs to inexperienced graduates.
  • Groom graduates from experiential training to professional position.

So What Do You Need To Do?

Well we do pretty much all of the work for you. We just simply capture some of your details and we ask you to fill in your name, suburb, highest qualification, current academic level. And everything you share with us stays with us, until you give us permission to pass your contact details on to a potential employer.

Be Precise When Filling in Your Details - Do Not Give Us Unwanted Information.

  • Subscribe to our newsletter first, then
  • Fill in your profile as we request and DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR CV.
  • We actively monitor the under graduate employment market on an ongoing basis.
  • You will get a weekly update with jobs and other student opportunities!
  • We'll provide you with an ongoing service and update you with any information relevant to student needs.
  • We bring job offers and student opportunities right to your inbox and on our facebook group.
  • So join our facebook group "Student Center" and check for updates on your inbox everyday.

How Much Will This Cost A Student?

Nothing! You just sit back while our gears and cogs and levers go to work behind the scenes. While some employers approach us with positions and student opportunities we also seek out potential organisations and companies that need such students.

We pass every opportunity sent to our way to your inbox (after you have subscribed) and all you have to do is just check your inbox weekly and if you find anything in line with what you need you can apply for it. And all of this we ask for nothing in return but that you think of others in need of such opportunities and share them with your friends through facebook, tweeter etc.
